Barrel Assembly

Cyber-Lock square cupboard lock housing.

 

  • CL cupboard lock range has a square base and is made of diecast zinc
  • This lock range has an interchangeable barrel system
  • This square lock range can be used to suit a door lock or a cupboard lock just by rotating the barrel on the lock housing
  • Square lock housings dimensions are 42 mm x 42 mm square
  • Square lock housings have an offset cylinder
  • Lock has a bolt projection of 8 mm
  • Barrels must be ordered separately
  • 18 mm cylinder diameter with a 22 mm projection
  • Supplied with a bezel as standard
  • Chrome plate finish

Insert barrel by lining up the profile on the end of the barrel and lining up with the diamond shape in the housing. When the cylinder is flush with the housing, hold the tongue down and turn the key all the way to the right, then all the way to the left and back 180 degrees, let go of the tongue and the barrel should be installed correctly with the angle of the tongue starting at the edge of the lock housing.
