Sylvan 717 rebate kit.
A rebate kit is required when a mortice lock is used to secure a pair of double doors with an overlap (also known as a rebate) where the doors meet. Rebate kits contain two parts: a spacer bar that sits just behind the mortice lock to extend the lock into the rebate and a replacement strike.
